SAN FRANCISCO – On March 5, 2020 the Golden State Warriors National Basketball Association Team will be honoring our Founding Mother, Ofelia Oviedo as an “Impact Warrior” at their Latino Heritage night game during a special presentation. The Golden State Warriors recognize the essential everyday leadership of people as Impact Warriors who are working to make their communities a better place within the California Bay area.

Founding Mother Ofelia Oviedo will be making a special appearance at the game on March 5 and be recognized on the court toward the end of half time. The Golden State Warriors are offering a special code for sisters in the area who would like to attend the game. This would be a great opportunity for local sisters to go out and support our Founding Mother as she is recognized for her impact on the Latino Community.
